main7Whether we work for you as an independent manager or whether we are the contractor; once you have a signed contract we will ensure that the project moves forward as quickly as possible. Following is a progressive listing of the things that need to happen.

WORKING AS AN INDEPENDENT MANAGER WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH:

• Tender invitations
• Contract / Subcontract awards

BEFORE CONSTRUCTION STARTS YOU MAY WANT US TO:

• Make arrangements to locate all underground utilities
• Obtain all permits required
• Prepare a construction schedule
• Prepare and award subcontracts if required
• Prepare a delivery and payment schedule

THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE YOU MAY WANT US TO:

• Conduct regularly scheduled site meetings (daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly)
• Update construction schedule if required
• Document changes in the scope of work
• Prepare change quotations for extras or credits
• Finalize allowances for material and colour choices

AS WE NEAR COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION WE WILL:

• Meet with you to go over any final details that may require attention
• Provide as-built drawings showing all deviations from the original design
• Provide close-out & warranty documentation to ensure you have records of all materials used as well as all specialty items installed, i.e. pool or spa, outdoor kitchen appliances, electrical & mechanical components, irrigation system, furniture & fixtures
• Provide hands on training and operation of various components installed
• Provide you with a Letter of Conformance/ Compliance for signature, indicating that you are accepting the works have been completed as per the agreement
• Initiate the maintenance requirements / program
• Ensure that you, our customer is totally satisfied
